In the cancer chapter, you remain YOU!
We don't just offer wigs. We offer the chance to look in the mirror again without crying. To go out with friends, to attend your child's school, to walk in the park.
How the mechanism works
We co-finance natural-hair wigs that respect each woman's hairstyle before chemotherapy. Some are made from their own hair — because she receives not a generic wig, but continuity in her own identity.
- 1The woman contacts the association or partner workshop
- 2Personalized consultation at the Wig Workshop in Galați (or another approved workshop)
- 3The association co-finances 1,000 lei (1,500 lei for minors)
- 4The woman goes home with the right wig for her
When patients find out about the 1,000 lei support, they feel like they are receiving a warm hug at the moment they need it most.
